1/144 Discovery XD-1 Deep Space Research Spacecraft

Moebius' new plastic model kit of the iconic Discovery from 2001: A Space Odyssey is a  meticulously-detailed, precision-tooled wonder!  Over 41"/ 104.2cm long when assembled, the model includes an interior metal support rod for the spine and a display stand for stability. It features screen-accurate surface detailing, accuarte antenna arrays, thrusters and command pod, and clear window for the command pod.  (Please note that there is no interior detailing, or pod and astronaut figure as depicted in the box art, though).
